Pros: This is one of the only clinically tested saw palmetto products used world wide and approved by doctors. I have tried many other brands, and this one sold by Nature's Way tops my list....If you have tried the other brands and did not get quick results, try Prost-Active.... I tried to buy this product at: The Vitamin Shoppe, but they just told me they are no longer selling it. I guess they want to sell only their own brand. I guess Prost-Active is too much competition for them. That ought to tell you how good Prost-Active is. It sold out every time I bought it at the Vitamin Shoppe.
