Recommendations-Dosage/Usage
Adults & children 12 years of age and over: Take 2-4 capsules once or twice daily or as directed by a doctor.Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.
