Pros: This is the 1st multi-vitamin, 1 a day, I've tried that I don't have to cut up in smaller pieces, or crush into powder because of it's "horse pill" size! Also goes down smooth, and ditto above comment, does not upset my stomach, and is not gelatin based or coated. After taking for 1 week I noticed a definite improvement in my memory! No kidding! Really.

Cons: WalMart stopped carrying this one, and I don't want the non-kosher gummy vit's, so I got another, which I returned because I literally choked and threw up - stomach did not like that one! I've found another online, but have to crush it into powder to take. :(
